Working practices

My clients value me as a business professional who brings not just expertise and credible solutions, but also hands-on support to ease the burden on overstretched executive teams.

Flexible location and travel

I am based in London. I can easily travel globally with notice, but if a long-term daily commute is requested, I am restricted to Greater London, Surrey and Sussex areas of the UK. I am available and happy to work fully remotely, fully in the office or on a hybrid basis according to your needs and preferences.

Adaptable engagement style

I’m genuinely passionate about my work and take on a wide variety of project type (and organisation size) by choice. No issue is too big or too small.

Short term engagements I’ve recently undertaken include: informal 1-2-1 coaching for a board member (1 day) and bespoke organisation design training for a People team (2 days).

Examples of longer term engagements include: developing an organisation’s future target operating model and sourcing strategy (2 months) and design/delivery of a company wide performance management process (3.5 months).

My values

  • I operate from principles of growth mind-set and self-accountability. My promise is to work at high pace and exceptional quality whilst maintaining a firm commitment to human care, integrity & honesty.

  • The projects I work are often sensitive and high-profile.  I am used to working with tact and discretion in complex environments and commit to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times. I am of course amenable to signing any appropriate NDA / code of conduct as required.

  • I regret that, due to an ongoing leadership development research project, I am currently unable to provide pro-bono services.
